Sadist

I am pissed off. Having just enrolled to do my Masters In Marketing Communications I need to move to part time work. Essentially I need two days to dedicate to my studies, especially if I want to do well. I am making some out of work sacrifices to do this as well. Its called time management. Well my senior manager decided to be a downright fucking arsehole. Essentially, we have new staff coming online which mean that there is no longer a lack of resources. So why does this person be so terse about this (It is in my fucking workplace agreement that I can go part time if the need arises!!!). It is simple really, I don’t stick my head up this persons arse making all kissy kissy. I just do my damn work and do it well. But apparently that is not enough now is it. It is true that I am awaiting the outcome of a temporary transfer opportunity to another organisation but that has nothing to do with my choice to go part time. And that said, I would need to initiate a separate process with the other organisation anyways. The fact is that this person has approved these sorts of arrangements for other staff with little qualm so why the fuck cause trouble for me huh…

Well I tell you one thing, they don’t fucking know me if they think I am just going to accept being reamed in the arse by their decision. I will not, I will go along the full chain of processes and make their life hell in the process to get the decision I want.

I am so very bloody pissed off right now!!
